Terms of Service

GTMBase is operated by Taimoor Tariq as a sole proprietor (the "Service"). Contact details are in the Imprint.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service is intended for use by business professionals in a B2B sales or go-to-market role. You must be at least 18 years old. You may only use the Service for lawful purposes related to your own commercial activity.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at taimoor@gtmbase.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, harm, or stalk individuals identified through it
• Bulk-scrape, resell, or republish data we surface (the data is licensed to you for your own outreach)
• Create multiple accounts to bypass rate limits
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the engine's ranking logic
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or otherwise violate the recipients' rights
• Upload or input personal data of individuals you have no legitimate business reason to process

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

The free tier is limited to 30 account maps per 30-day window per user. Limits and tier features may change; we'll give reasonable notice for material changes.

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that recommendations are accurate, that data is up-to-date, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Account maps are produced by an automated engine combining third-party LinkedIn data with LLM ranking; both can be wrong. You're responsible for verifying any contact before reaching out to them.

Account maps reference data sourced from LinkedIn and similar public profiles. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Where LinkedIn indicates a contact may have moved, we flag this in the UI; we cannot detect every change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to fees you have paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, intent, or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

You can close your account at any time by emailing taimoor@gtmbase.io or using the in-app account-deletion option. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms, for inactivity, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always at this URL with an "Effective" date. For material changes, we'll email registered users with at least 14 days' notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is the seat of the operator.
